Garden potato salad

Steamed new potatoes, steamed asparagus, roughly chopped soft boiled eggs, parsley, chives, capers, black olives, olive oil, cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, garnished with chive flowers. Served with a bowl of mixed leaves, pea shoots and marigold petals and a glass of sherry.

All the fresh ingredients are home produce and a great way to enjoy the first of our new potatoes and wave goodbye to the asparagus until next year.
